ФІСКАЛЬНІ СТИМУЛИ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ АВТОМОБІЛЬНОГО РИНКУ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ТА МАКРОЕКОНОМІЧНІ НАСЛІДКИ

У статті досліджено фіскальні стимули як інструмент забезпечення сталого розвитку автомобільного ринку в умовах глобальної екологічної трансформації. Обґрунтовано доцільність державного втручання в транспортний сектор на основі теоретичного аналізу економічних шкіл. Здійснено аналіз фіскальних інструментів, таких як податкові пільги, субсидії, державні інвестиції та екологічні обмеження з позиції їх впливу на попит, пропозицію, інфраструктуру та інституційне середовище, а також визначено очікувані макроекономічні ефекти, що формують довгострокову стійкість автомобільної галузі. Встановлено, що збалансоване поєднання фіскальних заходів здатне не лише активізувати «зелений» перехід в автомобільній галузі, а й забезпечити структурну модернізацію економіки, інноваційний розвиток та фіскальну стійкість.
