ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ESG-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ У БУДІВЕЛЬНОМУ СЕКТОРІ УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ ТА ПОВОЄННОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ

Стаття присвячена аналізу трансформації ESG-менеджменту у будівельному секторі України в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнного відновлення. Обґрунтовано, що ESG еволюціонує від інструменту репутаційного позиціонування до механізму стратегічної адаптації та виживання бізнесу в умовах подвійного структурного переходу - європейської інтеграції та воєнної економіки. На основі теорії стейкхолдерів і моделі їх саліентності проаналізовано реконфігурацію ландшафту зацікавлених сторін, зокрема посилення ролі міжнародних донорів, локальних громад і ветеранської спільноти. Узагальнено емпіричний досвід українських компаній у впровадженні ESG-практик, розкрито значення цифрових екосистем управління відновленням і визначено ключові виклики інституційної імплементації ESG у трансформаційній економіці.
