Анотація

Nowadays competitiveness is a synonym of flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic economic environment and only these enterprises that are proactive in order to satisfy the increasing customers’ needs will survive at the market. Change management is one of the leading concept to improve competitiveness and Bulgarian SMEs have to be prepared and opened to implement changes. The article proposes a methodology for defining the attitude of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises to implement change management.
